One tomato = lunch for two

These tomatoes were grown next to a French nuclear power plant, but it’s not the radiation that made them this big, gave them the taste or the weight (8–9 tomatoes usually weigh five kilos). Rather, it's Madame Perusetti’s nursing and the Italian tomato seeds that make the difference. One tomato is enough for lunch for two; just add same basil, olive oil, vinegar, and some crumbled chèvre. With bread and wine, you have a meal worthy of a king.
